We want your keepsake to feel personal. Our team checks the photo you submit before production. If you are concerned about the quality or likeness of an engraving you receive, contact us and we will review your order.
How to get help
Email service@treuespur.de with your order number, a clear photo of the jewelry and a brief description of the issue. We may ask to review your original pet photo to find the best solution.
Returns and customer rights
Treuespur offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products, including personalized jewelry, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your mandatory rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
If you purchased under an earlier, separately advertised engraving guarantee, any rights under that offer remain subject to its original terms. Please contact our team with the original order details.
