In addition to your statutory rights, Treuespur offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods, including personalized and engraved Treuespur products.

How to use our voluntary 30-day return policy

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at service@treuespur.de. If possible, include your order number and details of the products you would like to return.

For voluntary returns, you generally pay the direct cost of return shipping. If your item is defective, you received the wrong item or Treuespur is otherwise responsible for an error, your statutory rights apply. Nothing in this policy limits valid warranty or consumer law claims.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will generally refund the amount paid for the returned products to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

To return and refund an entire set, all items belonging to the set must be returned.

Personalized products and statutory withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer law applies, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. This does not affect Treuespur's voluntary 30-day return policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email service@treuespur.de. If possible, include your order number and photos of the product. Providing photos is not a condition of your statutory warranty rights.
